FQJ Sponsorship for Individuals

Welcome! We appreciate your interest in becoming an annual sponsor of French Quarter Journal!

  • FQJ’s unique business model is based on sustainability. We have a set number of Annual Sponsors – 52. Currently, we have 19. When those sponsorships are filled, our basic production expenses for the year are covered. Donations from readers will then be earmarked to expand with additional or premium features.

  • This simple business model allows our team to focus on the creative work that we love instead of sales.

  • That basic budget covers all our production expenses and allows us to fairly pay our stellar team of freelance writers, photographers and support crew for their standout work.

  • As an individual Annual Sponsor, you’ll be helping us share a rare insider’s view of the French Quarter. Your support enables us to:

    • Capture the color and culture of the Quarter

    • Empower local artists and creators

    • Foster neighborhood sustainability and historic preservation

    • Highlight community heroes

    • Showcase curated French Quarter events

    • Celebrate local businesses

  • Since FQJ is not a non-profit, your Annual Sponsorship isn’t tax-deductible if you still itemize. If that’s important to you, consider expanding the reach of your favorite non-profit.

It’s simple to become an Annual Sponsor. Simply choose from the levels below and then email us!

  • ~ Prime Sponsorships are limited to 32.

    ~ Your name(s) will be featured on every page of French Quarter Journal and on our Sponsors page.

    ~ Announcement on social media and newsletter when sponsorship commences.

    ~ $200 per month ($2400 annually) or one month free if paid in full ( $2200 annually).

  • Column Sponsors  - $100 - 150 a month, depending on column.

     ~ Your name(s) will be featured on every page of French Quarter Journal and on our Sponsors page.

    ~ Announcement on social media and newsletter when sponsorship commences.

    ~One month free with annual payment

  • To maximize brand exposure, we offer only five Community Cornerstones partnerships.  As of May 2024, only two remain.
